Anyway, get back on-topic. I have made the installer, compiled it, and I am currently uploading it, with ~1 Hour to go. When I am finished I will post the link on the original post.

so, it got removed?

also there's a version 5.91 that would be nice to share with some people...

or are we moving away from this and working on an installer that chooses the mods for us?

yeah, the whole concept of package installers is now pretty much made redundant by the 0.76 installer's method. I will terminate all of my package installers probably.

I better idea, remove the BA files and replace with the CA installer.

Benefical, profitable on backing storage.
