the effects look very sexy!
here's my feedback...
the bullet casings look sort of like bombs. not good...if you ask me they should probably be axed and used only for ground units.

machine gun puffs look pretty cool, but i think they stay around a little too long to be realistic. i also think the bullets' length should be shortened to about half, because they sort of look like laser beams or something that's not bullets.
also, does anyone else have this little problem?

it's hard to notice without a bright backdrop. really not a big deal at all. if i were to speculate, i would say that the cause of this is due to the particle textures having a very dark grey around them instead of black.
