happens on large maps at low angles. Spring needs cascaded shadow maps or something similar. Even at 8192 it still is jagged.

For some reason I feel like a shit tonne of chemical thrusters and maneouvering rockets would look awesome on that thing, not that I'm suggesting you do it for anything other than shits n giggles

Wow - very nice. But - why are the artillery barrels open on both sides? It makes them look like a rocket launcher. The textures on the "instep" are looking a little streched.

Besides that - awesome work man!

open on both ends = recoilless rifle

otherwise the mech would fall backwards.

I wanted a sort of hybrid bazooka/recoiless rifle look. Figured it would imply the potential for vairable firing usages

As it resembles an artillery gun and a bazooka, it looks perfectly hybrid.
