Content error: Could not load detail texture from file bitma

Ive been having the same problem with my new comp. The odd thing is it worked fine for a few months then suddenly i get this error!

Ive been asking in UF, heres the link if you want to look at it (cant b bothered writing it all again)

Hi i used to play TA ages ago but am completely new to spring. i downloaded spring_0.74b3 and installed it. When doing the spring test i choose commanders, random map, random mod, it started loading then i got the same error message "Could not load detail texture from file bitmaps/detailtex2.bmp". My computer is the same as the last guys. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
