Having mapper stats etc (as in who is best blah blah) imo is not a good idea. The mapping community is one of the most calm in spring and it would be nice if it stayed that way. Last thing we need is e-peen competitions between talented mappers. It would be very destructive and what we need to encourage is constructive.

Yeah, I think the idea is to only click on them if you are genuinely interested. CUP GET BETTER ADS, WE AREN'T ALL SYSTEM ADMINS!!
ive never asked for anyone to click the adverts, and as long as i myself do not click them and do not provide any imediate insentive to click them then there is no breach in policy

also, i have little control over what adverts are shown, allthough the gay advert is actually from adbrite (i run adbrite and googleads) and its rated at just over 0.5 dolars per click, this is one of the highest adverts on there lol.
