i can get u those stats in a couple of mins from new SM codex...
Autocannon: R 48", Str 7, AP4, Heavy 2
Assault Cannon: R 24" Str 6, AP4, Heavy 4 Rending
Termies: Pts40 WS4 BS4 S4 T4 W1 I4 A2 Ld9 Save:2+ 5+invul. Stormbolter + Powerfist=standard
Options: Two termies can replace stormbolter with Assault Cannon +20pts or heavy flamer +10pts. Or add Cyclone Missile Launcher to his current weapons for +25 pts. any model may upgrade to chainfist at +5pts
LR: Pts250 Front side &rear armor all 14 BS4. Comes standard with hull-mouned twin-linked heavy bolter, and two sponsoons each with twin-linked lascannons.
LR crusader: stats are same. Comes with hull-mounted twin-linked Assualt cannon, hull-mounted multi-melta, two sponsoons each with hurricane bolters (hurricane bolters = three twin-linked bolters) and frag assault launchers which are basically fragmentation charges on the front of the crusader.
Librarian> Codicer: 100 5 5 4 4 2 5 3 9 3+ Standard Weap: Psychic hood and force weapon. Can have anything from SM armory. Powers ill do later
as they are so damn complicated

... isnt this some sort of infringement on something by posting all these stats?
i know that all the 40k sites out there get annoyed when you post all stats for things, especially entire unit entries (like you have)...

Actually, you are perfectly allowed to make a mod based on a GW IP as long as certain conditions are met... let me find you the thing...Do not!! It's already on the edge enough to make a mod based on IP we don't own, but using models from other game is definitevely over the line.

We want people to express their enjoyment of our games with as little interference from us as possible, as long as they behave reasonably with our IP and follow any reasonable requests that we may make. We are not inherently opposed to hobbyists creating games or mods using our IP, in fact we are flattered that people want to spend so much time creating games and mods in the GW universes.
If you want to make a game, TC or a mod using our IP you must adhere to the following (in addition to the general principles as outlined above):
- Any game or mod must be a "total conversion." - The game or mod must be strictly non-commercial – this includes any web site that the mod or game is hosted on. You also cannot pay a printing company to publilsh copies of it onto CD. It may also mean that you cannot get sponsorship.
- It must be made clear on any readme files, splash/intro screens and accompanying material that the game or mod is unofficial and the origins of the intellectual property must be made obvious (e.g., your mod might say “Battletoes a total conversion for XXXX (insert game name) using intellectual property owned by Games Workshop. Used without permission...etc." See the relevant disclaimer on the following page.).
- The game or mod must not devalue any Games Workshop product in any way.
- Any distribution (zipped or otherwise) of the whole, or any part, of the mod or game must be accompanied with the appropriate disclaimers and must also follow these guidelines.
- The functionality, atmosphere, and parameters of any mod or game must be consistent with the relevant IP.

I don't know if this is still active, but I thought i'd let you know...
You can find .PDF versions of most/all codexes (including Imperial Armour books) on torrent. I have (new) Eldar, Imperial Guard, Space Marine, and Imperial Armour 1 and 2 codecies in .PDF. I can give them to you if you want. Or give you info.

Walker; automatically has Daemonic Possession (ignores shaken and stunned); armed with reaper autocannon (like normal autocannon except twin-linked and 36" range instead of 48"), heavy flamer and battle cannon (like Leman Russ). Reaper Autocannon can be replaced by twin-linked Lascannons for 30pts. Heavy Flamer can be replaced with either a Havoc Launcher or the Living Vehicle upgrade (but you don't want the stupid living vehicle upgrade, its like d6 3" attacks, utterly meaningless) for 10 points. Battle cannon can be upgraded to indirect fire for 25pts in which case it acts like a basilisk gun with a 72 inch range (can fire even when not in line of sight).

A model of the Space Marine Land Raider would be most useful - that's the only SM tank left to do (unless you count dreadnoughts as tanks, of course)
