1. lol, last 5 posts are all from you.

2. referring to the 3 races you posted in the OP, I just want to say I always knew Europeans were different from humans.

@rcdraco: As I have noticed some Americans are making fun of Europeans using the pun on Europian. In fact, the correct name for people from Europa should be Europan. Take a look at real-life examples:
America > American
Korea > Korean
Africa > African
Ethiopia > Ethiopian
Asia > Asian

I don't care

They are Europians for 1 reason:

!!The Almighty E!!

E-Builder
Roll-E
E-77 "Buckshot"
Mortar-E
Missile-E
Doom-E

D.M.E.

Deal with it.

Also they are robots, originally made in Europe that flew into space and colonized Mars. Storyline? No.

Just looking at that screenshot, you should consider changing the detailtex into a simple grid. The rough rubbly detailtex of the landscape looks silly with the hard green grid and the simplified model.

Working on the next version, going to a non-linear version system, and including the main TPW (Old version) and TPW tactics (New Version) [TPW versus BloX] , to solve the issue of having people who want to play a standard RTS type mod. I'm working on models for the main one and trying to work on converting to s3o for better graphical quality. On a side note this mod will probably have the next update in June or July, depending on when I get around to it. Also I'm trying to fix up my other mods to make them playable, converting s3o's and removing Total Annihilation content. Custom cursors need a little more work, and I need to lower texture sizes, and balance out the mods. And for the Non-Linear Naming System, the next version is "The Plot of War [Orange]", just ask me in the lobby or on this forum thread and I'll gladly send you a beta version for testing. Until then just feel free to post suggestions and I'll keep up, I can get on this site daily to answer questions or comments.

Not really no.

First of all, the turrets have no slope tolerance, so you need to play on a completely flat map. There are only two turrets and you have to load them on to tanks otherwise the tanks have no weapons. The builders can't move. There doesn't seem to be much of a difference between the plasma and the lasers, although I think lasers do more damage and are therefore better. There are only 5 units. The builder, hovercraft, plasma turret, laser turret and tank. It's not worth it.

Clarification

Post by rcdraco »

Don't EVER talk lies about a mod without disssecting it, there are issues, I admit it, but a few things, load the turrets on the units, and builders as welll; there is slope tolerance and it's fine, try this mod on the map TEST2W if it still exists. The Plasma Cannon is unfinished at its current state, I am amazed that it works, I need a fire through frindly tag, if there is such a thing. Also seeing as how a few people hate the new mode, read above:
Working on the next version, going to a non-linear version system, and including the main TPW (Old version) and TPW tactics (New Version) [TPW versus BloX] , to solve the issue of having people who want to play a standard RTS type mod.
I am going to include a "Standard RTS" in the mod, for obvious reasons. Seriously I'll agree with Boirunner on this one:
my mother told me if i have nothing good to say i shouldn't say anything.
Agreed +2 <--What does that mean anyway?

It means I support what ever I'm quoting and I'm too lazy to write it out in a full, readable scentence.

Models Done

Post by rcdraco »

Presenting the Human Trekker, a low-polygon tank[A first for me], that will be put into tech level 1, as a light scout tank. [EDIT]: An all purpose tank with good slope tolerance, high speed, good range, and light weight for transportation, make it ideal for any and all missions. 107 Polygons

Image

[EDIT]: Here is another model that I just finished, Europian Eucolon, basically, when a light air unit that uses fuel runs out, it comes to refuel/repair at a Eucolon which serves as a Need to Use Unit on the battlefield, not to mention it's Phaze Distruptor cannon designed to temporarily paralyze other units on the battlefield.
243 Polygons.

Image

[EDIT2]: Here is the first Guardian Unit, the Guardian Shredder, a low altitude Shotgun Gunship. It is very effective against Swarms of light enemies, but lacks somewhat is range, and reload time. Lost Original model, this one is the new edited model with a few less polygons too.318 Polygons, now only 304 polygons

Image

[EDIT3]: Here is another Guardian Unit, the Guardian Smasher, a ground assault tank with a long range, and high armor, offset by it's slow speed and lack of onboard nanomachines (Autorepair). 144 Polygons

Image

For all you Starcraft Fans out there, here is the Europian Enterceptor, a light attack plane, with rapid fire missiles, and light weight, but it has low fuel capacity, and does its best damage against air units, so make sure that you have a Eucolon *cough*Carrier*cough* nearby. 191 Polygons

Image

Actually I think that I'm getting better at modelling, it took me around 1 hour to make all three of these, I think I'll go to bed now, see you all later.

Added new Shredder, and Smasher.

By the way, Starcraft 2 actually is in production, so this community will suffer bad when and if it gets done. So be prepared.
