No, it's a classic optical illusion... If you stare at it for 30 seconds and then look away whatever you look at basicly freeks out, it's like an acid trip just with no substance abuse. It's not their fault that on the internet people expect to be scared by things they are told to stare at.

This thread is not about drugs though, but LSD is so much more than hallucinations. Plus, that would be very weak acid trip if those were the only distortions you saw.
