Sorry but from talking to my brother about it, you would have to be a developer or really to be able to find that info. It is an increably obscure full in depth tech brief that shows all the specs of the cards. All the kind of stuff a programer would love to know.
But i'm not going to stop you from looking..Try http://www.opengl.org/ for info. Great place, even has lists of cards that support which extensions.
**By the way SinbadEV, if your not aware, most games have to have a game setting patch to run right with ATI cards. You should really rethink your choice. It's not worth having to patch your games just because of a card manufacturer's plain lazyness towards making a decent product.**

Ditto. The only game I own that requires a patch for a different card is Uprising 2.
