Has anyone tried build spring using llvm/clang tools?

Did you time the compile? SL compiled ~25% faster with than clang than with gcc4.4.
Another testcase, a massive single compile unit, highly templated code, compiled ~50% slower with clang.

Didn't see a difference. But testing system wasn't idle.
