no, you should CERTAINLY be able to kick spect.
I know it myself, with the current "specs talk to all" default settings, its just too tempting to ruin a game per accident, with things like "xxx, do you think going straght to l2 is a good idea?", "haha,you totally overlooked that underwater fusion", ...
Either kicking them or making them mute (somebody said that such a command exists, but i havent found it yes) IS needed. Especially considering that people who die in FFA become specs, too, and often just want to shove something up the ones that killed them by helping the others...
