Nose drops!

The things sealed, most of what you see when you pick it up is a cover consealing it. You hold it and the base at the bottoms got a grip you use to twist and remove it.

Just put it to your nose and breathe in deep, swap nostril, repeat, and that should be it.

I don't like nose drops too much, but, if you're really congested they work. I guess they're no worse than when you're taking medicine or you have to get a shot and you can taste the medicine in your mouth because it's secreted through your salivary glands. It just really makes you want to brush your teeth all the time.

Those nose droops have another hidden feature, they stimulate the growth of cells in your noose, making it tighter, needin more nosse drops to breath freely or otherwise your noose will swell.
