Any news? I'm not a lua wizard (yet) but if nobody is trying to make this then I might have a crack at it. Also wanted to post an example of why the refresh rate needs to be higher:

This unit (arm air scout from CA) can move outside it's own line of sight by the time it refreshes (this screenshot isn't even a worst case scenario). There's also a bit of tearing at the top - sometimes only the bottom half of the LOS gets drawn, although it's generally corrected at the next refresh.

is this just a slow refresh of los mode gfx, or is a slow update of the actual los? Show some radar dots thats not a helpful pic.

Just the gfx AFAIK - thought I could solve it by doing a for loop that turned it on and off every x milliseconds but the game is not accepting my amateur lua scripts
