I like to rush brawlers. I have won 5 or 6 games this way (out of about 10 CA games played total). My favorite was on comet catcher, when I used 3 brawlers to take out 4 coms and 3 bases (the last base had a huge amount of banshees, which can dogfight). Also, I completely removed the porced up player in the middle of folsom dam, along with his base, with 2 core heavy rocket gunships. Was moving on to next bases but everyone self-d'ed in fear.

utukki[piro] owned me by just attacking my base with his commander. Your base only has to be slightly weak for that it seems.(And the enemy com should probably not be there.) With com ends it risky, though. Edit: meh, my base was probably very weak..

If you use your commander to repel it, then even if they both die you have 5000 m in your base, which is a good thing.

I've been stung with strategies like this a couple of times, when comm pushing someone just lasers me to death with their comm and then sits one more unit than I have on the corpses and I lose.

In maps where compushing is viable you must send your own commander to the front, else the enemy will use his to secure the middle and you will be at disadvantage. If a commy charges your commy, spam llt... if he tries to arti you with missile towers, remember that dt blocks missiles.

Play arm.

Core sucks.

Make anti-nuke so you dont get nuked.
Make shields so you dont get berthaed.
Make fusions for your shields.
Expand rather than go into mex overdrive.
If your ally is useless reclaim his base.
If you are useless give your base to an ally.
If you need to make a post on the forums about CA strats you are useless. In CA you can do anything you want. You get into the action in about 2 mins or less. In other mods its t1 rush or t1 llt porc.

Almost every "/thread" i have seen on this forum has been a fail. This is no exception.

Made DT everywhere dumbasses. How do you expect ur baes and ur units to be safe if you dont make a fense?

When you tech to t2, the first thing you should do is make those t2 wall things, right infront or behind your dt as extra protection. They are Krogoth resistent, so you should make them incase a krog and a cloaker sneeks up on you.

Obviously plays CA a lot because he thinks you need a t2 lab for fort walls...

i thought you had to morph in order to make those.

more strats:
if you can launch a nuke in the first five minutes you win
spamm things like vulcans, nukes, penetrators, orcones, and cloakers
take the number of pewees you think it woud take and double it.

Capture from cloak

Can't blame someone for being incorrect about a tech tree when it changes twice a day :P

(I was parodizing the fact that many people generally whine about that)

Nope, never. Not even recently, or even on regular intervals! I don't agree with you sometimes so I obviously don't know what I'm talking about.

All I have been doing in the last 3 months in CA is winning via Brawler rush. I dont think this really aquainted me with the true gameplay of the mod.
