BOTA is the nearest to TA gameplay whereas classic TA is a direct port that has since been broken by new code iirc, and the gameplay si different due to differences in the game engine. BOTA needs a few graphical updates though such as Mr.Ds new core models.

HA is CTA fixed and improved (in the sense of being moved closer to OTA).

It would be like BA but with better models and textures, better ui, ect, just same gameplay.
So just ba with better looking stuff, not HA.
