Included is the 3DO, the imported LWO files, and the source Rhino 3DM. The 3DO should work with the script without changing anything if you just texture it.

[edit] Before someone says it, I planned on just letting the backface rendering in Spring handle the underside of the kilt. But I guess it wouldn't add too many quads if someone wanted to go through and add them... I just didn't see them as necessary.

I never understood what's that thing of the Core commander having a skirt...

Even if it did, i would see no problem with it, but it is not, it is a plate of extra armor to protect vulnerable parts of it's mechanics.

see it looks like incect head. so i was thinking that ppl should start redesinging the unit... actually the A.K. looks little bit like it should look like... if i have spare time i will try to do some concept art stuff...

It's kind of funny how everybody who wants to redesign CORE has extremely horrid spelling.

lindir, if you have nothing to say on the matter move on, sniping and flaming people is not a good way to go about a forum.

As for spelling, anyone who mentions the virtues of good spelling, that people who cant spell should be banned etc are inviting trouble. Only at times where you honestly dont understand and you are asking what they meant may you mention it wihtout reprise form others. Otherwise send a private message to the person in question and they may retract the comment and replace it with a spellchecked version.

who gives a crap about spelling as long as you can understand the meaning what do the words matter in a forum for talking? :s Insects ARE teh cool and more insectoid looking CORE units would be awesome :)

Sorry, but I am really against changing the entire theme of CORE.
I think that current CORE units look really cool.
But I wouldn't mind more detailed remakes.

The whole point was that core looked simple and primitive graphically in comparison to the arm. A redesign of them so that they're more detailed, maybe having more of an exposed machinary and armour plating look up close would make them look better, but we we're not saying completely change how they look, like giv an AK 2 extra arms, tracks and giant spikes on its back............

:D whats so bad about that? as long as a units stats are good if someone changes the model to look cooler who cares 8)
