Hmmm...
Could it be possible to make an independent executable file that works just like a normal game and make the single player missions follow one to another with menus and that kind of stuff? :?

If this project has a good single player some day, it would be so nice to make every mod (game) independent like that... It would become a more solid experience for the user.

As I said I have plans and campaigns and front ends are all tied into that.

As a side note, those interested may want to look at JavaFX and what support there are for the Adobe Flash ->Java FX exporters as a little research.

Well the idea is that users will be able to take the JavaFX exporter plugins for photo shop/illustrator/flash and use them to build front ends.
