Star wars technology just doesn't stand up to star trek technology, mainly because it was never intended to have to deal with the star trek technology at all, which is why Star trek tech pawns star wars, however most star trek ships would crumble once their shields are disabled, and most star trek races cant handle optics based weapons either. Which is why the borg will always come out on top. However every other star trek race would be defeated by the empire save possibly the krenem who would just use their temporal tech to make the imperial empire cease to exist.
So Star wars fleet > Star trek fleet if star trek fleet != borg/krenem. It could also be argued that species 8472 might count but nobody knows enough. And the Q don't use ships so they don't count either.
On a side note you could include replicators perfectly fine, even if a replicator ships was annihilated, its wreckage would be an even bigger threat.
