Oh and about por- I mean pictures.

I am issuing a challenge to all you artists that read my stories (I know you're there). Over the next few days I am going to be working on a drawing I cooked up called ├óÔé¼┼ôEve is Pissed├óÔé¼┬Ø. If someone can put out another picture with a similar theme of ├óÔé¼┼ôEve is Pissed├óÔé¼┬Ø. I don't care if it's Eve killing raiders, Eve killing S-02, Eve killing other things. I don't really care what she's doing, as long as she's pissed and it looks cool.

PS: Please put SOME effort into it, or don't try. I don't want a load of MS paint crap filling my thread. This is just a minor idea I had, cause I wanted to see you're idea's of what Eve looked like while killing people. Maybe its better then mine....

Umm, comp and snipa... When you get a little older you will realize how good pr0n really is. Especially if you have an adventerous Girlfriend like mine (Which is probably why I'll end up getting roped into marrying her at some point... not that that's a bad thing... err... Baby, were you there the whole time? Damn. ).

Eh...

As I've said whatever the hell you do in you're damn bedroom is you're own damn business. As long as its consensual, its fine by me. Homosexual, three or more. Whatever. I don't CARE! I'm not WATCHING...unless you're video taping it and putting it on the Internet. Love in the shower, beach, bed, floor, ------- table, ------- sink, bathroom, sofa, floor again whatever...I just DONT CARE! Gay, straight, bondage...whatever. I mean its two people doing things they want to do to one another.

And if anyone disagrees with me....then I will see fit to argue with you in some other thread. For now...

There is...

another...

EPISODE!!! Also I am testing about a new format for speaking. Tell me if its better, or if I can be lazy again.

Michelle slammed into the door again and again with her mind. The door dented inwards, but refused to give. Michelle stopped, feeling faint. Eve sat up, her head readjusting itself to work properly again. ├óÔé¼┼ôOw├óÔé¼┬Ø she groaned. Michelle spun around and looked at her. ├óÔé¼┼ôYou're not dead├óÔé¼┬Ø she muttered. ├óÔé¼┼ôRight├óÔé¼┬Ø Eve stood up, looking at the spent magazine that slammed into her forehead. It had crumpled into almost nothing. ├óÔé¼┼ôThat was quite a throw├óÔé¼┬Ø Eve said, cricking her neck. ├óÔé¼┼ôWell here we go again├óÔé¼┬Ø Michelle said. Then the airlock exploded open and a torrential wind pulled at at Eve and Michelle. Eve was off balance, still recovering from her wound, and was blown out the door.

Michelle braced herself, but her feet lost purchase on the ground and she was blown out after Eve. For a few moments she panicked. She could breath, and she felt frozen stiff. Blood boiled in her skin, her capillaries bursting. It tickled, actually. Then the S-02 that had replaced her mind reacted to the environmental change and moved into the rest of her body. It filled her lungs and skin, creating a barrier to her other organs. Then, seeming to just give up on the rest of the organs, the S-02 filled the rest of her body, converting her innards into more S-02. Michelle was no longer, in the strictest sense, human. She stretched in the zero gravity, looking around.

Then she saw Eve floating at her, both forearm blades free. Michelle reacted, feeling something push out of her back. Eve's eyes widened. Four long tentacles sprouted from Michelle's back, and reached for Eve. She spun, avoiding one. Then another shot through her stomach and pulled her to Michelle. Eve slammed at the tentacle with her mind and it flew in half. Eve grunted inaudibly, as the tentacle reverted back to its composite parts. Eve saw the black grit float out of her, being pushed out by her own body. Then Michelle was flying at Eve, tentacles reaching for her. Eve slammed her forearm blade into Michelle's stomach.

Michelle struck back with her powers, sending Eve flying back. She stopped herself, somehow, and hauled herself forward. She wasn't quite sure how she did it, but she slammed into Michelle's shoulder with her head. Michelle spun, her tentacles flailing. One of the hauled Eve off her, and Eve sliced that in half. Michelle grimaced, striking back with everything she had. Eve flew away, a thousand small cuts littering her body, some of the blows Michelle handed out getting through her defenses. Eve felt like she was going to drift apart if she lost concentration. Then everything snapped back, as if coming into better focus. Michelle was coming for her.

Eve struck back. She could actually see a faint distortion in the vacuum of space, warping the stars around it. Then it slammed into Michelle. Michelle flew apart, legs and arms scattering. Half her torso went in one direction, the other half scattering around. The arms, legs and bits of torso vanished into hazes of black grit. Eve grinned. But Michelle was still alive, her body desperately trying to grow back. Eve grabbed her and threw her away from both ships. She zipped away, quickly vanishing into space. Eve knew that she would come back, but it would give them time to prepare. Then she set about heading back to the Hannibal.

Michelle was floating, every single motion agony. Then she was in her office, lying on the floor. Taraka stood over her, shaking his head. ├óÔé¼┼ôYou stupid fool├óÔé¼┬Ø he muttered ├óÔé¼┼ôYou didn't hit Eve first did you?├óÔé¼┬Ø. Michelle whimpered, not able to form words. Her body was starting to regrow, but it was incredibly painful. Taraka shook his head ├óÔé¼┼ôAll you've done is make Eve more powerful...├óÔé¼┬Ø he sighed ├óÔé¼┼ôMaybe I'm going about this the wrong way├óÔé¼┬Ø. ├óÔé¼┼ôM...Master├óÔé¼┬Ø Michelle gasped ├óÔé¼┼ôHelp me├óÔé¼┬Ø. ├óÔé¼┼ôShut up├óÔé¼┬Ø Taraka said ├óÔé¼┼ôAnd let me think├óÔé¼┬Ø.

He chewed his lip, ignoring Michelle. Then he nodded ├óÔé¼┼ôYou'll live. For now. Just we need to not hit Eve. Thats just making her stronger. We need to hit at those around Eve. If she loses her...friends├óÔé¼┬Ø he smiled ├óÔé¼┼ôMaybe that will turn her head├óÔé¼┬Ø.
He looked at Michelle. ├óÔé¼┼ôBut first you need to pull your self together├óÔé¼┬Ø he said, vanishing,
Michelle lay there, wishing she could cry. She tried to move, but her body seemed to be mostly shut down, trying to repair itself. After a few hours she sat up, her arms feeling weak and atrophied. She crawled to her desk and hauled herself to her feet. After a few moments she collapsed into her chair. She sat there, not breathing. She didn't need to anymore.
├óÔé¼┼ôBeing a God ain't what its was supposed to be├óÔé¼┬Ø She gasped.

Eve climbed into the unpressurized air lock that she had been blown out of. The gravity field of the ship reasserted itself on her and she walked across the empty room, the silence eerie. She got to the door and cracked it open. Air poured out, but she managed to haul herself in. The door shut behind her and the air stopped, almost deafening by its silence alone. Then she leaned against the door, bone tired. ├óÔé¼┼ôEve?├óÔé¼┬Ø her mother shouted from the cordon the marines had set up. ├óÔé¼┼ôHi mom├óÔé¼┬Ø Eve said, sliding down the door and sitting on the floor ├óÔé¼┼ôI need a quick break├óÔé¼┬Ø. Lizzy walked to her and helped Eve to her feet. ├óÔé¼┼ôYou did good├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy said.
├óÔé¼┼ôHow do you know?├óÔé¼┬Ø Eve asked.
├óÔé¼┼ôYou're still alive├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy said ├óÔé¼┼ôSo I can assume that bitch isn't├óÔé¼┬Ø.

Eve laughed and staggered down the hallway, leaning on Lizzy completely. ├óÔé¼┼ôCome on├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy smiled ├óÔé¼┼ôYou're boyfriend will be able to pamper you for an evening├óÔé¼┬Ø.
├óÔé¼┼ôThat'll be a nice change of pace├óÔé¼┬Ø Eve muttered ├óÔé¼┼ôEve get the drink for me, would you please? You don't have to get up, see├óÔé¼┬Ø.
Lizzy laughed ├óÔé¼┼ôYou really don't├óÔé¼┬Ø She said ├óÔé¼┼ôI wonder if that jarhead knows how lucky he is?├óÔé¼┬Ø.
├óÔé¼┼ôHey├óÔé¼┬Ø Eve said ├óÔé¼┼ôI am a jarhead. I'm still a marine for god's sake├óÔé¼┬Ø.
├óÔé¼┼ôThat you are├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy said, smiling.
They reached the door at the end of the hall that lead to an elevator, flanked by marines who were talking quietly to themselves.
├óÔé¼┼ôTell Keller Eve's back and we've done away with the enemy Capitan├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy said to one of the marines.
├óÔé¼┼ôYes sir├óÔé¼┬Ø The marine saluted, even though Lizzy was technically just a civilian adviser.

Eve sagged against the wall of the elevator, glad to not be a burden to her mother any more. ├óÔé¼┼ôSo├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy pulled out a cigarette ├óÔé¼┼ôI'm going to celebrate our victory with shelling the Excalibur into space dust├óÔé¼┬Ø.
├óÔé¼┼ôWhat?├óÔé¼┬Ø Eve asked. Then everything went black. Eve stumbled backwards, the wall behind her suddenly...not there anymore. She looked around, standing unsteadily on her feet. Then a familiar man appeared in front of her. ├óÔé¼┼ôTaraka├óÔé¼┬Ø Eve spat ├óÔé¼┼ôI'm sure that everything that's happened recently is you're fault├óÔé¼┬Ø.
├óÔé¼┼ôNo, it's yours├óÔé¼┬Ø Taraka said ├óÔé¼┼ôIf you had just come with me, then everything would be fine├óÔé¼┬Ø.

├óÔé¼┼ôYou're the one who didn't do what he said├óÔé¼┬Ø Eve said.
├óÔé¼┼ôNo├óÔé¼┬Ø Taraka said ├óÔé¼┼ôIf you really wanted to be a human you would be a human. But a part of you, a knot of what you really are, stayed tucked away in the small of you're mind├óÔé¼┬Ø.
├óÔé¼┼ôThat would be me├óÔé¼┬Ø A echoing voice spoke. It was the same one that Eve always tried to not think about.
├óÔé¼┼ôYes├óÔé¼┬Ø Taraka said ├óÔé¼┼ôNow don't interrupt├óÔé¼┬Ø. The voice simmered in the background, as if wanting to speak but holding back.
├óÔé¼┼ôNow├óÔé¼┬Ø Taraka said ├óÔé¼┼ôYou've become even more of a problem. Setbacks are all temporary for you. Being reverted, even temporarily to humanity, weakened you're powers. Now you're stronger again. And we have the same problem as we had before, and with Prime. You're getting too strong├óÔé¼┬Ø.

Eve sighed, closing her eyes ├óÔé¼┼ôI don't want to go with you. I don't want to...I want...I don't know what I want├óÔé¼┬Ø she said.
├óÔé¼┼ôJust come with me├óÔé¼┬Ø Taraka said ├óÔé¼┼ôAnd be amongst others like me...and you├óÔé¼┬Ø.
Eve shook her head ├óÔé¼┼ôI doubt it├óÔé¼┬Ø she said ├óÔé¼┼ôBefore you called Prime a misguided child, and me a freak├óÔé¼┬Ø. ├óÔé¼┼ôNot a freak├óÔé¼┬Ø Taraka said ├óÔé¼┼ôMore like...a mistake├óÔé¼┬Ø.
Eve smiled ever so slightly ├óÔé¼┼ôA mistake├óÔé¼┬Ø she said ├óÔé¼┼ôI see├óÔé¼┬Ø.
Taraka sighed ├óÔé¼┼ôI suppose this is you're last chance. Come with me. Or...Hicks will die├óÔé¼┬Ø.
├óÔé¼┼ôWhat!├óÔé¼┬Ø Eve asked.
├óÔé¼┼ôI said├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy said, looking at her ├óÔé¼┼ôI just said we should talk to Keller about this shelling idea├óÔé¼┬Ø.

hey look i found out what his name means

Taraka
by Stephen T. Naylor

Taraka is the name of a powerful demon who threatened to subjugate the world. He was able to grow so powerful because he had followed his austerities to such an extent that he became more powerful than the gods. Fearing his power, the gods went to Shiva, imploring him to help them against this terrible threat. Shiva created a champion, Karttikeya, to combat the foe. When he was ready, Karttikeya went forth and the two battled. Karttikeya was able to destroy the demon, and so rescued the world.

Taraka is also the name of a female Rakshasa whom Rama kills with his bow in his epic the Ramayana. At first he is reluctant to slay a woman, and just shoots off her arms. But then she becomes invisible. Using her magic, she hurls rocks and boulders at Rama and his companions, and they are hard-pressed to ward off her attack. Finally Rama closes his eyes and aims by sound only. He lets his arrow fly, and pierces the evil spirit through the heart.

Jeesus!

It took you guys THREE books to figure that out?

Every single Third Stage's name has some kind of biblical or literary refference.

Prime: First
Eve: First woman of mankind
Taraka: Hyper powerfull deamon
Hyde: The evil version of Dr. Jekel
Adam: First man of mankind

Welcome back my friends to the show that never ends
Were so glad you could attend
Come inside! come inside!

Eve sat in her quarters, frowning. She was frowning at her computer screen. It was displaying a search she had run on her own name. She had known it had some sort of biblical reference. She vaguely remembered stories her mother and father had read her, stories from a book. But her memories of that time were...foggy at best. They were overlaid with memories of the capture...then the memories of the lab. Eve shook herself, bringing her mind away from such things. She continued to read from the information the ships computer.

Then, out of sheer curiosity, she typed in Taraka. That made her sit right up. ├óÔé¼┼ôMaybe I am Karttiketa├óÔé¼┬Ø she muttered. Hicks rolled over in his sleep and Eve remembered to stop talking. She had stayed up all night for the last two nights. Hicks didn't know that, and she didn't intend to tell him for a long time. She didn't need sleep, but he did. So she would keep staying up, or close to Hicks in some way. Taraka wouldn't do it. He wouldn't. Eve blinked and typed up a random search, just looking for something to read.

The ship was silent. Mike walked down the corridor, a data slate at his side. It was night time but he still had work to do. ├óÔé¼┼ôI suppose this is my punishment for slacking off├óÔé¼┬Ø he muttered, ├óÔé¼┼ôThree months worth of work├óÔé¼┬Ø. He was muttering something along these lines when he came around the corner, coming into a hallway that lead past one of the bars. ├óÔé¼┼ôI believe its closing time Ms. Montoya├óÔé¼┬Ø the bartender was saying. ├óÔé¼┼ôOh just lock me in for the night├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy grumbled, but she still allowed herself to be half dragged, half helped out of the bar. ├óÔé¼┼ôCan you help me?├óÔé¼┬Ø the bartender asked, looking at Mike pleadingly.

Mike sighed, slipping his data slate into his pocket. ├óÔé¼┼ôOkay├óÔé¼┬Ø he said, ├óÔé¼┼ôI'll handle her├óÔé¼┬Ø. He walked to Lizzy, who was slumped in the bartenders hands like a corpse. Mike grabbed her under her armpits and tried to get her to her feet. Lizzy managed somewhere between the extremes of standing and collapsing. In this state Mike managed to get her down the hall and around the corner. The bartender watched after them, shaking her head. ├óÔé¼┼ôDamn woman is going to drink up all my supplies├óÔé¼┬Ø she muttered, turning to walk down the corridor.

Mike backed into Lizzy's room. ├óÔé¼┼ôMike├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy muttered ├óÔé¼┼ôYou're nice├óÔé¼┬Ø. Mike smiled as he tried to leaver her onto the bed.

├óÔé¼┼ôNo I'm not├óÔé¼┬Ø he said, ├óÔé¼┼ôI'm just a selfish man├óÔé¼┬Ø. Lizzy lay on the bed, eyes half opened, half closed. Then she grabbed Mike and looked at him. Mike tried to pull away, but she was no less strong because she was drunk. ├óÔé¼┼ôMike├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy said, her voice clearer then it had before ├óÔé¼┼ôYou... are...nice├óÔé¼┬Ø, putting an accent on every word.

├óÔé¼┼ôThanks├óÔé¼┬Ø Mike said, undoing her grasp of his shirt by pulling her fingers apart. Her hand stayed in his hand. Mike couldn't let it go.

Then Lizzy hauled him onto the bed. He missed her face with his, instead getting a nose full of her hair, witch was getting longer every day. Lizzy giggled, not really a sound he imagined her making. Then Lizzy's hands turned his head to hers and she kissed him. ├óÔé¼┼ôLizzy├óÔé¼┬Ø Mike said, breaking away ├óÔé¼┼ôDidn't you-├óÔé¼┬Ø.

├óÔé¼┼ôShut up├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy said. Mike shut up and she kissed him again. Mike, finally going on the offense, kissed her neck. Lizzy rolled her head back, smiling as Mike traced her tattoo down her neck to the cuff of her shirt. He unbuttoned her shirt. ├óÔé¼┼ôJason├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy sighed, ├óÔé¼┼ôOh Jason├óÔé¼┬Ø.

Mike was torn. Half of him wanted to go on, no matter what Lizzy said. The other half, the smarter half, wanted to stop and let Lizzy go to sleep. Then Lizzy decided it for him, unintentionally. She started to snore. Mike sat back on his legs, looking at her. She snored loudly. Mike sighed ├óÔé¼┼ôThanks├óÔé¼┬Ø he said to the air. Then he buttoned her shirt up, slid of the bed and pulled the covers over her. ├óÔé¼┼ôSweet dreams├óÔé¼┬Ø Mike murmured. Then, despite himself, he kissed her forehead. Lizzy was sleeping with a smile, despite the snores. Mike walked out of the room.

He got to his room. He would work here. The desk was smaller and the computer had a lower system priority, but he didn't really feel like working in his designated office. He started to type, feeling more then a bit suffocated by the workload. It was also almost one in the morning. Mike sighed, getting up. He had half a mind to go to the bathroom and get the lust out of his system in a very old fashioned way. Then a buzz sounded from the door. ├óÔé¼┼ôOne second├óÔé¼┬Ø Mike said. He walked to the door and looked through the camera. It was Lizzy.

Mike opened the door, feeling a little puzzled. Lizzy smiled at him. ├óÔé¼┼ôMike├óÔé¼┬Ø she said. Then she stepped into the room and kissed him. Mike felt, for a moment, that this had to be a dream. Then she grabbed his hand and pressed it against her breast. Not a dream, his mind cried, definitely not a dream. The door closed behind them and Mike kissed Lizzy back, pressing her against the door. He unbuttoned her shirt, and Lizzy sloughed it off her shoulders. Mike's lips went down the tattoo and Lizzy giggled again. The sensible part of Mike's mind said this was too good to be true. The rest of Mike's mind told his sensible part to shut the hell up.

Eve felt a fain tickle at the back of her mind. It was a...premonition. That seemed to be the word. She brushed it off. It was only a feeling. Then it struck again, like a knife being twisted in her mind. She stood up from her computer terminal, looking at Hicks. She knew she had to be somewhere. But she didn't want to leave Hicks. Then the knife twisted again and Eve knew that this danger was also the same that was going to hit Hicks sooner or later. She didn't know how she knew...she just did. She opened the door and ran out, following the feeling.

Mike pressed Lizzy against the door. Lizzy moaned softly. Then a force slammed into Mike's stomach and he flew backwards. He hit the bed, flipped over it and rolled to the other side of the bed. He gasped, curling up and trying to get some breath. ├óÔé¼┼ôWhat the-├óÔé¼┬Ø he gasped. Then he felt the same invisible force grab the back of his shirt and haul him to his feet. ├óÔé¼┼ôYou really are completely stupid├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy said, sneering. Then her face melted and reformed into someone completely different. Mike blinked, trying to place the face. Then he realized who it was. The enemy Capitan! Then he didn't have time to think at all as the invisible force grabbed around his neck. He gagged and was pressed against the wall by the force.

Michelle walked to him, grinning evilly. ├óÔé¼┼ôMaster will give me quite a reward for killing you├óÔé¼┬Ø she said, her mind flashing through the possibilities. Mike tried to say something, but his voice box was being muffled by the same force that was strangling him. He didn't black out, but he knew he needed air to operate at maximum efficiency. ├óÔé¼┼ôLets see├óÔé¼┬Ø Michelle said ├óÔé¼┼ôShould I cut off a finger...├óÔé¼┬Ø she ran her own finger over Mike's chest ├óÔé¼┼ôOr part of you're lung?├óÔé¼┬Ø. She smiled ├óÔé¼┼ôOr maybe we could have some fun first├óÔé¼┬Ø. Mike kicked with his left leg. He almost caught Michelle in the side, but she danced away to the left, the foot missing her entirely.

Michelle smiled, ├óÔé¼┼ôWho do you want to be killed by?├óÔé¼┬Ø. Her face reformed into Lizzy's again. ├óÔé¼┼ôMaybe by you're forbidden lover?├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy's face was smiling in a way completely unlike her. Then the face reformed ├óÔé¼┼ôBut then again├óÔé¼┬Ø Michelle said, ├óÔé¼┼ôI was supposed to make it look like Eve├óÔé¼┬Ø. Eve's face smiled at Mike. ├óÔé¼┼ôSo├óÔé¼┬Ø Michelle said, snapping out a forearm blade on her right arm ├óÔé¼┼ôLets get started├óÔé¼┬Ø. Mike refused to show fear as she brought her arm back, ready to stab him in the gut. Then the door to his room exploded inwards, torn from its moorings and smashed into the wall.

Mike and Michelle looked at the door. Eve burst in, forearm blades at the ready. Mike felt the force around his neck relax, dropping him to the floor. He gasped, breathing slowly, feeling his neck. Michelle's face reformed to its norm and she looked at Eve. ├óÔé¼┼ôYou just had to but in├óÔé¼┬Ø she muttered.

├óÔé¼┼ôDidn't you think the thrashing I gave you last time was sufficient?├óÔé¼┬Ø Eve asked, smiling nicely.

Michelle smiled back ├óÔé¼┼ôWell├óÔé¼┬Ø she said, ├óÔé¼┼ôI have some new toy's this time├óÔé¼┬Ø.

├óÔé¼┼ôWhat is going on?├óÔé¼┬Ø Mike gasped. Eve looked at him and hauled him out of the room with her powers. Mike landed in the corridor, rolling onto the floor.

├óÔé¼┼ôRun├óÔé¼┬Ø Eve said, ├óÔé¼┼ôRun now!├óÔé¼┬Ø

Mike, being sensible, got up and started to run somewhat shakily down the corridor. ├óÔé¼┼ôTell the Capitan!├óÔé¼┬Ø Eve shouted after him. She looked back in time to see Michelle slam into her stomach with her forearm blade. Eve smashed into the wall, denting it slightly. Then she kicked Michelle off her and ran at her, blade ready. Eve swiped the blade at Michelle's head, but the woman ducked at the forearm blade went through the wall instead, slashing a long furrow in the wall instead of Michelle's neck.

Michelle slammed her blade into Eve's chest, holing her again. Eve brought her elbow down on the blade's flat, breaking it. The broken part of the blade dissolved into black grit and dribbled out of the hole in Eve's chest. Michelle cried out in pain, feeling the damaged end of the blade. Eve slashed again, catching the woman in the stomach. Black grit sprayed onto the ground. Michelle struck Eve with her powers. Eve rolled with the blow, but it still sent her flying. She landed on the ground and rolled down the hallway. She got to her feet seconds before Michelle threw Mike's door at her. The door buried itself into the ground, tearing up the deck and sending debris flying.

├óÔé¼┼ôWant to throw things?├óÔé¼┬Ø Eve muttered. She gathered up debris, creating a floating cloud around her. Michelle's eyes widened and she dived to the side as thousands of small projectiles flew directly for her. They buried into the ground, turning the hallway into a jumbled mess of bent metal and sharp edges. One or two projectiles caught her in the legs, one going straight through. Michelle landed in the room, healing up her body as best she could in the time she had available to her. Then she jumped to her feet. Eve came to the door, blades ready.

Michelle was ready. A bed, five pens and the computer terminal that she had yanked out of the wall slammed into Eve, catching her up against the wall. Eve groaned, her facsimile ribs crushed. She fell to the floor, wanting to reconstruct herself. Michelle walked to Eve, laughing. She slid a gun out of her shirt. ├óÔé¼┼ôYou lose├óÔé¼┬Ø she said, turning the strange device on. The barrel, rather then a cylinder, was a collection of tubes that rotated when the trigger was pulled. Michelle waited till the barrel was fully spun up, aimed at Eve's right arm. Eve snapped out her forearm blade, her mind unable to concentrate on attacking. The gun discharged and there was a flash of white and a blinding pain.

Eve felt the stump of her right arm, screaming. ├óÔé¼┼ôIt hurts├óÔé¼┬Ø she sobbed ├óÔé¼┼ôIt hurts...├óÔé¼┬Ø. Michelle smiled, retuning the gun. ├óÔé¼┼ôThis shot will vaporise you completely├óÔé¼┬Ø Michelle said ├óÔé¼┼ôAny last words?├óÔé¼┬Ø. Eve reached her hand out, concentrating. Then the gun went off.

And not content with that, with our hands behind our backs,
We pull jesus from a hat,
Get into that! get into that!

--------------------------------------------------------

├óÔé¼┼ôHow did she get on board?├óÔé¼┬Ø Keller asked. The other members of the bridge crew were all sitting at the table, all of them more then a bit subdued. ├óÔé¼┼ôWell├óÔé¼┬Ø the sensors officer said, ├óÔé¼┼ôOur camera systems are still shot. Some were...well...shot in the fighting and others were taken down by explosions, networking errors...general wear and tear├óÔé¼┬Ø. Keller nodded. ├óÔé¼┼ôAnd repairs are going slowly├óÔé¼┬Ø The sensors officer said ├óÔé¼┼ô...and there's the other issue├óÔé¼┬Ø. He looked at Lizzy.

Lizzy rubbed her temples, where a splitting headache still hammered at her mind. She supposed, in a faint way, that she should be grateful. It prevented her from...thinking. ├óÔé¼┼ôWell├óÔé¼┬Ø she said, trying to clear her head ├óÔé¼┼ôThe shape shifter seems to have at least two forms it can take. One of the enemy captain, Michelle-├óÔé¼┬Ø.

The gunnery officer cut in, ├óÔé¼┼ôWe don't know...it might be Michelle├óÔé¼┬Ø.

Lizzy frowned at him, ├óÔé¼┼ôI find that unlikely...Michelle was scanned into our airlock as human when she visited before. It is most likely that its a third party, trying to play us against the Excalibur├óÔé¼┬Ø. She looked at Keller, continuing, ├óÔé¼┼ôThe second form she chose to take was...mine. Its possible that a security officer picked up the shifter as me and didn't raise the alarm├óÔé¼┬Ø. Keller nodded.

Lizzy sighed, ├óÔé¼┼ôI believe that she was using Mike as a way to provoke Eve into...a confrontation├óÔé¼┬Ø.

Keller closed his eyes, looking at the scientist. She was a youngish woman, born on Dantana before they had to evacuate it. Her name was Gloria, and she was very cranky at being thawed. She had a berth in a cryo tube, and now she was trying to work off a pounding headache. But she was looking at the readings. ├óÔé¼┼ôThese├óÔé¼┬Ø Gloria muttered, ├óÔé¼┼ôThese readings are conclusive. We're looking at MN Guns├óÔé¼┬Ø.

├óÔé¼┼ôWhich are?├óÔé¼┬Ø The Gunnery officer asked.

Gloria coughed, ├óÔé¼┼ôMatter Naturalization Guns. I invented them when I got my hands on a Matter Naturalization mine, mark two and just modified the field to be projected, rather then created in a sphere├óÔé¼┬Ø.

Everyone at the table, with the exception of Lizzy and Keller who had already heard this, gasped.

Gloria, not noticing that nearly everyone at the table was shocked, barreled onwards. ├óÔé¼┼ôSo├óÔé¼┬Ø she said ├óÔé¼┼ôI have no idea how the shifter got its hands on my MNG, but she also managed to get a higher effective radius on the barrel. Eve was completely vaporized├óÔé¼┬Ø.

Lizzy sighed ├óÔé¼┼ôNo way of getting her back, then?├óÔé¼┬Ø.

├óÔé¼┼ôNone at all├óÔé¼┬Ø Gloria said, her head ache making her oblivious to the pain in Lizzy's voice.

Michelle bowed low to her master. It was strange to be standing on the other side of her own desk, but her master...well...he was her master. It didn't get much simpler then that. Michelle found that this was all much simpler, when she could just have someone else tell her what to do. And the power was even better then the simplicity. She could kill anyone. Anyone...but her master, of course.

├óÔé¼┼ôSo├óÔé¼┬Ø Taraka said ├óÔé¼┼ôI can't sense Eve anymore...you've done well├óÔé¼┬Ø.

Michelle almost fell over. Her legs didn't seem to work properly for a moment. She felt a strange sensation in her chest. It was something like being happy, but not quite. ├óÔé¼┼ôNow├óÔé¼┬Ø Taraka said, ├óÔé¼┼ôYou're reward... please rise├óÔé¼┬Ø.

Michelle stood straighter, looking at her master. Taraka stood up and walked around the desk. He patted Michelle on the head. ├óÔé¼┼ôWhat do you wish?├óÔé¼┬Ø Taraka asked.

Michelle waited, a thousand possibilities running through her mind. Anything from ruling the world, ruling the universe, even more power. She couldn't decide. Then the obvious choice arose.

├óÔé¼┼ôI want to serve you, master├óÔé¼┬Ø Michelle said.

Taraka smiled. Michelle felt a flutter through her stomach. ├óÔé¼┼ôWe can start with taking you before the others├óÔé¼┬Ø he said ├óÔé¼┼ôThis entire operation is filled with unprecedented situations. A...lesser race has never been transcended like you have├óÔé¼┬Ø.

Michelle felt a faint surge of pride in her self. She had never been a first before.

├óÔé¼┼ôAlso├óÔé¼┬Ø Taraka said, ├óÔé¼┼ôI will need to teach you how to use you're abilities, without hitting the threshold like Eve so consistently tried too├óÔé¼┬Ø.

Michelle nodded ├óÔé¼┼ôI will...I will learn├óÔé¼┬Ø.

Taraka nodded ├óÔé¼┼ôCome├óÔé¼┬Ø he said ├óÔé¼┼ôlet us leave this ship├óÔé¼┬Ø.

Michelle looked around at her ship. ├óÔé¼┼ôWhat of the crew?├óÔé¼┬Ø she asked, ├óÔé¼┼ôWhat will we do with them?├óÔé¼┬Ø

Taraka stopped his pacing. ├óÔé¼┼ôThat...that is a excellent idea├óÔé¼┬Ø he said, ├óÔé¼┼ôMichelle...they will be you're first test├óÔé¼┬Ø.

Michelle grinned, bowing low ├óÔé¼┼ôOf course...my master├óÔé¼┬Ø.

The funeral was a solemn affair. Almost the entire surviving crew showed up. The marines who had been with Eve for her entire life. Mike, Mankowski, Helena, Hicks and Glickson all flanked the coffin. Mike found himself thinking not of Eve but of the men and women they had left on the planet. Tapp, Helena's lover. Stevenson, a rookie that Mike had barely known. July, a gentle soul. She was a rookie too. Mike shook himself. She had been a rookie. Now she was dead. They were all dead. He blinked away sudden tears.

The captain stood at a podium and started to eulogy. ├óÔé¼┼ôEve├óÔé¼┬Ø he started. Then he stopped, looking at the gathered crew members. He gulped, looking at Sarris. The General flashed him a thumbs up, not quite able to smile. She still had a crutch, but she was recovering. ├óÔé¼┼ôEve was special├óÔé¼┬Ø Keller said, ├óÔé¼┼ôShe...she was kind, always kind. She had been abused in the past, but she...she always would take harm for those around her, protecting them├óÔé¼┬Ø. Lizzy sniffed. ├óÔé¼┼ôShe died protecting this ship. Protecting its...crew...protecting the civilians in the sleeper holds├óÔé¼┬Ø.

The eulogy continued, passing over Lizzy. About two hours ago the fact, the truth of it all, had sunk into her head. Eve was dead. She wasn't damaged, her body hadn't been pummeled to nothing more then black grit. Lizzy knew Eve would bounce back from that. No...she had been vaporized. Her atoms had been completely and irrevocably eliminated, turned in a single instant to plasma. Then, this information firmly lodged in Lizzy's mind, she started to sob uncontrollably. Now, two hours later, she was sniffling. She still wanted to sob, but...she had to stay strong. It was stupid...but she had to stay strong.

├óÔé¼┼ôNow├óÔé¼┬Ø Keller said, ├óÔé¼┼ôAnyone who needs to can say their last words. The coffin will be launched in thirty minutes├óÔé¼┬Ø.

Lizzy walked to the coffin, breath catching in her throat. She stood next to Mike, looking at the black surface. It was empty. There was no body to fill it. For some reason that made it worse. ├óÔé¼┼ôShe was my daughter├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy said.

Mike nodded, really not having anything to say.

├óÔé¼┼ôGod damn it├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy snapped at Mike ├óÔé¼┼ôHow could you fall for the easiest trick in the god damned book!├óÔé¼┬Ø.

├óÔé¼┼ôWhat?├óÔé¼┬Ø Mike asked, feeling as if Lizzy had gone from point A to point Z without really telling anyone else.

├óÔé¼┼ôYou fucking idiot!├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy practically screamed, stalking away from him. She got to the wall and punched it. Her knuckles split, dribbling blood down the sizable dent that she had punched in the wall. ├óÔé¼┼ôLizzy├óÔé¼┬Ø Mike said softly, looking at her. The crowd was watching, shock writ large over all their face's.

Lizzy closed her eyes, forehead pressed against the wall. Then she turned and walked out of the room. Keller coughed. Mike didn't look around. He just went straight for the door and followed Lizzy out.

Mike walked down the hall, wondering where Lizzy had gone. Then he found her, fetched up against a wall. She was sobbing uncontrollably again. Mike walked to her, not wanting to get punched like the wall that Lizzy had put a sizable dent in. Lizzy slid down the wall, sobbing. Mike knelt next to her and put his arms around her shoulders. Then she kept crying and crying and crying.

Keller wanted to let Mike and Lizzy sort out whatever their problems were, but he was sent a message. Getting a message on a computer screen was strange...almost luxurious after using orderlies running back and forth between a powered down starship. ├óÔé¼┼ôWhat is it?├óÔé¼┬Ø Keller asked, ├óÔé¼┼ôIs something wrong├óÔé¼┬Ø.

├óÔé¼┼ôSir├óÔé¼┬Ø the man on the other side of the screen said, ├óÔé¼┼ôYou might need to hear this├óÔé¼┬Ø.

├óÔé¼┼ôPlay it├óÔé¼┬Ø Keller said, feeling grim. Sarris pushed through the crowd.

├óÔé¼┼ôWhats up?├óÔé¼┬Ø she asked, ├óÔé¼┼ôAnd what is up with those two?├óÔé¼┬Ø.

├óÔé¼┼ôWait├óÔé¼┬Ø Keller said, ├óÔé¼┼ôListen to this├óÔé¼┬Ø.

The man on the screen dissapeared and was replaced with the image of a sound file being played. There was nothing but silence. Then Keller could hear a ragged breathing on the other side.

├óÔé¼┼ôOh god├óÔé¼┬Ø someone moaned, ├óÔé¼┼ôShe's...she's crazy. Half the crew is dead. Bullets...bullets stop in the air...like the...other. Men are falling apart down here. We're going to see if we can launch the...oh god! Oh go-├óÔé¼┬Ø. There was a sound of blood splattering. Then static.

├óÔé¼┼ôWhat the hell?├óÔé¼┬Ø Sarris muttered.

├óÔé¼┼ôI have no idea├óÔé¼┬Ø Keller said.

Then the entire ship went dark momentarily. The lights flickered back on moments later, and the man on the screen returned. ├óÔé¼┼ôSir!├óÔé¼┬Ø he said, ├óÔé¼┼ôThe Excalibur...it...it├óÔé¼┬Ø he stopped, trying to marshal his thoughts.

├óÔé¼┼ôWhat!├óÔé¼┬Ø Keller said, ├óÔé¼┼ôWhat!├óÔé¼┬Ø

├óÔé¼┼ôThe Excalibur...its gone!├óÔé¼┬Ø the man said.

├óÔé¼┼ôGone...├óÔé¼┬Ø Keller trailed off.

The man typed something and Keller was shown a video feed. He could pick up the Excalibur, almost inviable against the stars. Then there was a sudden flare of light and it was gone, an expanding, glowing dust field in its place.

I bet she crossed this 'threshold' thing when she was shot. And, y'know, survived and that

A disscusion, a gun fight, a supprise enterence and a slight bending of the laws of reality.

No wait...a major bending of the laws of reality.

Oh and an episode!

Cain looked at the door that...what was the woman's name? Lizzy. The door Lizzy had stormed out of. Then Captain Keller spoke up ├óÔé¼┼ôEveryone├óÔé¼┬Ø he said, ├óÔé¼┼ôPlease go to battle stations├óÔé¼┬Ø. Cain blinked, looking around. He wasn't quite sure what his battle station was. Then he heard Helena whisper in his ear ├óÔé¼┼ôGo to the General├óÔé¼┬Ø. Cain nodded as the marine ran out with the crowd that was leaving the ceremonies The coffin ejected into space, almost unremarked. Almost. Keller watched as it left. Then he saw that Sarris and Cain were standing nearby. ├óÔé¼┼ôMarshal the marines├óÔé¼┬Ø Keller said ├óÔé¼┼ôI have a feeling something bad is coming├óÔé¼┬Ø.

The two Generals looked at each other.

├óÔé¼┼ôJust get to work├óÔé¼┬Ø Keller snapped. Sarris and Cain saluted and both ran.

├óÔé¼┼ôTake control of this part of the ships defenses├óÔé¼┬Ø Sarris muttered to Cain, ├óÔé¼┼ôAnd I'll take care of the other half├óÔé¼┬Ø.

Keller watched them leave. Then he turned back to the computer ├óÔé¼┼ôI'll be on the bridge soon├óÔé¼┬Ø he said, ├óÔé¼┼ôMake sure that our guns are all ready to fire as soon as possible├óÔé¼┬Ø.

Marines suited up across the ship. Crew also suited up, but they were more concentrated on running the ship. The marines were setting up defensive points around every single air lock, and repairing the few remaining machine gun turrets. Douglas and the other turncoat raiders, each of them feeling as if they had cheated death, worked just as hard as the others. No one knew what was coming after them. Many of them thought it was going to be bad. None of them knew, thought, exactly how bad it was going to be.

Hicks sat, rifle across his legs. Mankowski, Helena, Glickson. They were all there, all situated around an airlock, waiting for the other shoe to drop. ├óÔé¼┼ôI wish├óÔé¼┬Ø Hicks said softly, ├óÔé¼┼ôI wish Eve was here├óÔé¼┬Ø.

The rest of the squad was silent, not having anything to say. Then they heard footfalls. Mike looked up, along with the others. Lizzy slid a new magazine into her pistol and slid into her harness. She wore the same harness she had back on Dantana. It was a sprawling affair, with enough slots to hold four pistols, two sub machine guns, a rifle, a sword, fifteen grenades, and ammo for each of the guns. Each slot was filled, and Lizzy bore the considerable weight as if it were nothing.

├óÔé¼┼ôSo...├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy said, ├óÔé¼┼ôI hear you guys are a woman short├óÔé¼┬Ø

Mike smiled. She had gotten the kinks out of her system. ├óÔé¼┼ôWe could use a new hand├óÔé¼┬Ø Mike said, standing up. Lizzy reached out to shake his hand. Then she kissed him on the cheek.

├óÔé¼┼ôSorry├óÔé¼┬Ø she said, ├óÔé¼┼ôSorry for...everything├óÔé¼┬Ø.

├óÔé¼┼ôIts no biggy├óÔé¼┬Ø Mike said. Then the entire ship went to red alert, a message being transmitted over the P.A.

├óÔé¼┼ôWe have been boarded├óÔé¼┬Ø the voice echoed down the hallways, coming from each P.A.

The entire squad continued to guard their area. Nothing happened. Fifteen minutes later. Nothing happened. Then Mike heard something. It was footsteps. ├óÔé¼┼ôEveryone, quiet├óÔé¼┬Ø Mike hissed, waving his hands at the rest of the squad. Helena brought her scope up and Mankowski, Glickson and Lizzy all prepared their weapons.

The footfalls became louder and a man, in marine garb, ran around the corner. He was splattered with blood, none of it his own from what Mike could see. He slipped, the bottom of his shoe slick with blood. He landed, gibbering incoherently. Mike stood up, gun still up and running down the hallway. Lizzy backed him up. ├óÔé¼┼ôCover me├óÔé¼┬Ø Mike hissed, looking over his shoulder at Helena, Mankowski and Glickson. Helena patted her rifle, smiling.

Mike helped the marine to his feet. The marine was still dribbling a bit, his mouth hanging open. ├óÔé¼┼ôShit├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy said, snapping her fingers in front of the marines face. He didn't make a noise, or even move his eyes.

├óÔé¼┼ôWhat is it?├óÔé¼┬Ø Mike asked, looking around.

├óÔé¼┼ôI've seen this before├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy said softly, ├óÔé¼┼ôIts a mind frag├óÔé¼┬Ø.

├óÔé¼┼ôA what?├óÔé¼┬Ø Mike asked, ├óÔé¼┼ôWhats a mind frag?├óÔé¼┬Ø

├óÔé¼┼ôIts when a Stage Three, like Eve, decides to rip every single memory out of their enemy. I've seen it in a young woman back at the colony. She was institutionalized for the rest of her life. Could barely talk├óÔé¼┬Ø.

├óÔé¼┼ôWell we can't just leave him here├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy said, grabbing hold of the man's arm.

The man responded to that, trying to jerk out of her grip, babbling nonsensically. He managed it, somehow, and ran down the corridor. ├óÔé¼┼ôStop!├óÔé¼┬Ø Mike shouted.

Then the solider, halfway between one step and the next, fell in half. Blood fountained, along with more then one internal organ. Guts, the contents of his stomach and sloppy bits of intestines flew through the air as the two halves of the corpse fell, giving Mike and eerie cross section of brain. ├óÔé¼┼ôGet down!├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy shouted, not mesmerized by the blood. Mike felt his knee get knocked out from under him and he fell.

Everyone heard the clomp, clomp, clomp of footfalls. Then a woman walked around the corner, her boddy splattered with huge tracts of blood, slicking her previously white shirt to her like a second skin. She looked down at Mike and Lizzy. ├óÔé¼┼ôIts you├óÔé¼┬Ø Mike gasped. Michelle grinned. Then a bullet rammed into her chest. She was flung back, black grit flying everywhere.

Helena loaded another round ├óÔé¼┼ôPenetration├óÔé¼┬Ø she said, grinning. Michelle stood ├óÔé¼┼ôYou stupid bitch!├óÔé¼┬Ø she shouted, looking for the source of the shot.

Another round screamed down the hallway at her. Michelle raised her hand, and her far more potent defenses. The round slowed, and stopped a few inch's from her face. Helena frowned, thumbing a button on her rifle. The round exploded in Michelle's face, sending her staggering backwards.

├óÔé¼┼ôRun!├óÔé¼┬Ø Mankowski shouted. Mike hauled Lizzy to her feet and they both ran. ├óÔé¼┼ôCome back here!├óÔé¼┬Ø Michelle shouted, her face a tattered wreck. Mike took a step, but something felt wrong. Then he collapsed, feeling numb below the hip. Then pain struck him and he felt his stump, where his left leg had been. ├óÔé¼┼ôSon of a bitch!├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy shouted, diving to the ground. ├óÔé¼┼ôFIRE! FIRE! FIRE!├óÔé¼┬Ø Mike shouted, pain hammering his system. The entire squad opened up, Helena discarding the rifle for a submachine gun at her hip.

Bullets poured into Michelle's shield, all of them stopping a few inch's from her. Lizzy hauled Mike behind their cover. Then she slid both her pistols out and opened up with them. Shell casings fell to the floor, making her almost trip as she shifted behind better cover. Michelle shouted in frustration. Then she jerked her arms aside, as if she was drawing a curtain back. The bullets that were collecting in the air slid aside, along with everything else in the hallway. The walls bent to the side, an inviable force forcing them aside. Mike slammed into the wall, sliding down with a thump. He, knowing that blood loss would kill him eventually, reached around for a cauterizer.

Lizzy staggered to her feet. Helena was out, her forehead dashed against the wall. She was still breathing, but a concussion would be really bad now.

├óÔé¼┼ôScrew this├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy muttered, slipping out one of her grenades.

├óÔé¼┼ôLizzy don-├óÔé¼┬Ø Glickson shouted.

Then Lizzy rolled the grenade down the corridor. Michelle looked at her feet, feeling the cylinder. She looked down. Then an explosion thumped through the corridor, flashing in Lizzy's eyes.

Taraka...you seem proud of you're student

Hmmm?

I said...Taraka you seem proud of you're student

Oh...yes. She is very good. Quite good.

Hmm...you seem...to have taken quite an interest in someone from a lesser race

Interest? What? No...she's just a good student

Of course she is...Taraka you continue to ignore emotional constants

Emotional Constants...you're still clinging to that idiotic ida-

Its true

Shut up you weakling

I may be a weakling, but I am wiser then you by a long shot.

A pause

Well?

I'm thinking

Well think faster

Why...what did you do?

I am about to change the rules in the game.

What did you do!

Consider this a test of you're student...and a demonstration of the emotional constant of love...

Michelle was down the corridor in a blur. Then Lizzy was slammed against the wall, a hand clasped down her throat. The others in the squad tried to move, but then a flurry of blows landed down on them. Mike, Glickson and Hicks were out like a set of light bulbs.

Michelle laughed, ├óÔé¼┼ôYou're all so...fragile├óÔé¼┬Ø she said.

├óÔé¼┼ôYou killed my daughter├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy grunted, struggling against the hand clasped around her neck. ├óÔé¼┼ôYou've slaughtered my crew!├óÔé¼┬Ø.

├óÔé¼┼ôYou're crew?├óÔé¼┬Ø Michelle asked, her eyes dancing. Her fist tightened and Lizzy gagged.

├óÔé¼┼ôNow...you die, Elizabeth Montoya├óÔé¼┬Ø Michelle said, hauling her arm back and snapped a forearm blade out.

Then.

A flashed burned itself into the back of Lizzy's retina. Lizzy dropped to the ground, gasping as air flooded her bruised neck. Michelle looked at her arm, which was completely disintegrated. She gaped, looking at the lack of an arm.

├óÔé¼┼ôGet the hell away from my wife, you bitch├óÔé¼┬Ø a man's voice rang out. Lizzy looked down the hall. Standing above the bloody corpse of the marine was a man, wearing a long coat and holding a huge gun. He was aiming it right at Michelle.

Michelle looked at him, not moving. Then the man fired and. The gun jumped in his hands and smoke streamed out of it, flying down the corridor faster then even Lizzy's eyes could track. The mini-rocket, for that was what it was, punched through Michelle's shield like paper and embedded itself into her chest. A split later and another flash burned into Lizzy's eyes, sending Michelle flying. She landed at the end of the corridor, flown completely over the rest of the squad. She danced to her feet and ran.

The man slid his pistol into his holster and walked to Lizzy. Lizzy stood up, looking at his face. She reached out and pressed her palm into it, feeling every curve, every hair. She knew this face. Lizzy opened her mouth, wanting to say something. But her throat wasn't quite working properly. The man stood there as well, also not quite believing what was happening. ├óÔé¼┼ôJ...Jason?├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy asked, her voice throaty.

Jason nodded slowly ├óÔé¼┼ôYes├óÔé¼┬Ø he said ├óÔé¼┼ôYes├óÔé¼┬Ø. Lizzy felt a tear trickle down her nose . ├óÔé¼┼ôYou're early├óÔé¼┬Ø She said. That was a impossibly stupid thing to say Lizzy realized belatedly. ├óÔé¼┼ôI know├óÔé¼┬Ø Jason said ├óÔé¼┼ôIt was...crazy. I was fifteen moths from you're position. Then suddenly I could see you with the naked eye├óÔé¼┬Ø.

Lizzy smiled, slowly. Jason looked at the others. Mike slowly got to his feet. ├óÔé¼┼ôWho the hell are you?├óÔé¼┬Ø he asked, groaning.

├óÔé¼┼ôI am Jason Montoya├óÔé¼┬Ø Jason said, holding out his hand ├óÔé¼┼ôLiz's wife├óÔé¼┬Ø. Lizzy smiled. She had changed her shortened name to Lizzy a long while ago, but Jason didn't know that. They had also never actually gotten...married. They had talked about it. But at the time it seemed to be just a bit of paper at the time.

Mike hesitated. He wanted to yank out his pistol and shoot this man dead. Mike instead reached forward and took the hand.

├óÔé¼┼ôNow├óÔé¼┬Ø Jason said, looking at the others ├óÔé¼┼ôwe should get these guys to the medics├óÔé¼┬Ø.

Mike nodded slowly. Lizzy hadn't even looked at him for the entire time. Her eyes seemed glued to Jason. They got about creating some stretchers, but before they were over Mankowski, Hicks and Glickson were awake again. Helena, however, was still out like a light.

├óÔé¼┼ôCan you three take her to the medics?├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy asked.

├óÔé¼┼ôYeah├óÔé¼┬Ø Mankowski said.

├óÔé¼┼ôGood├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy said, ├óÔé¼┼ôBecause I need to get my husband to the captain├óÔé¼┬Ø.

├óÔé¼┼ôWhat?├óÔé¼┬Ø Jason asked, ├óÔé¼┼ôBut I've only just got here├óÔé¼┬Ø.

├óÔé¼┼ôWe need to report in about Michelle├óÔé¼┬Ø Lizzy said, ├óÔé¼┼ôAnd I need to see if I can get some time off├óÔé¼┬Ø.

├óÔé¼┼ôtime...off?├óÔé¼┬Ø Mike asked. Jealousy rose, pounding at the sides of his mind. He shook himself ├óÔé¼┼ôI think we all need a bit of time off, but...we need to see├óÔé¼┬Ø.

The captain looked over the young man that Lizzy had brought before him. He had shot cut black hair, green eyes and a hard mouth that didn't move to much. That is until he looked at Lizzy. Keller knew love when he saw it. This was enough love for a lifetime. He smiled faintly. When had he gotten so...romantic? Then he breathed in, ready to say that he needed every man on the front. Michelle was still at the broad in the ship. Then he said ├óÔé¼┼ôYou have three hours free time├óÔé¼┬Ø.

Lizzy beamed.

├óÔé¼┼ôBut once you're done we're going to kill that bitch as soon as possible. She has already killed a full third of the marines still alive. She has slaughtered equally as many crewmen and women, and If she could she would start eating into our cyro tanks├óÔé¼┬Ø Keller said, looking at both of them.

Jason nodded soberly, ├óÔé¼┼ôMy gun will help. Its special crafted rocket pistol and can punch through Michelle's shield├óÔé¼┬Ø.

├óÔé¼┼ôGood├óÔé¼┬Ø Keller said, ├óÔé¼┼ôGive us the gun and we can start making copies. That might give us an edge├óÔé¼┬Ø

Jason nodded, slipping his gun out of his holster and placing it on the desk. Keller looked it over, whistling softly. ├óÔé¼┼ôAmazing├óÔé¼┬Ø he said, ├óÔé¼┼ôHow did you get the recoil to not break you're wrists?├óÔé¼┬Ø.

Lizzy grabbed Jason ├óÔé¼┼ôJust take it apart├óÔé¼┬Ø she said, ├óÔé¼┼ôI believe thats three hours free time├óÔé¼┬Ø. She looked at Jason, her eyes practically glowing. Keller smiled faintly. Even in the most trying times people were still people. She dragged Jason out of the bridge and the door shut behind them.

├óÔé¼┼ôSo├óÔé¼┬Ø Cain said, looking at Sarris. The two generals had both seen the entire exchange, working in the bridge to coordinate their efforts.

├óÔé¼┼ôSo what?├óÔé¼┬Ø Sarris asked.

├óÔé¼┼ôSo do people on this ship have sex all the damn time?├óÔé¼┬Ø Cain asked, ├óÔé¼┼ôOr is this just cause you guys don't have enough cryo tanks?├óÔé¼┬Ø.

├óÔé¼┼ôBoth are true├óÔé¼┬Ø Sarris said, smiling, ├óÔé¼┼ôI think we're all going a bit off the deep end├óÔé¼┬Ø
