Third Release-candidate for 101.0!

Bugs fixed since RC2
  • Various gunships/plane landing/vibrating bugs
  • Custom commands with queue=false partially clear the queue
  • Refractive water doesn't show submerged things with dual screen minimap on Left
  • LuaUI crash on GetConfigData error
  • Flickering with shadows off and /water 4
  • Line build shows differrent positions than ones that are actually issued in commands.

  • Feature shaders
  • Los refactor
  • Transports refactor + fuel & airbase removal
  • Internal pr-downloader support
  • bugfixes & performance improvements

There's currently a report of an infinite loop (5008) that we haven't been able to reproduce. It is most likely caused by lua errors in the tested game with the new engine. Unless encountered again this issue isn't a release blocker.

yeah, #5008 and #5095 are VERY weird. imo we should wait for larger test-games hopefully this weekend with the latest development version and see if someone else can reproduce it or finds an other major bug. if not -> release.
