I'd rather not re-apply all the hard edges on my model again in the (by me less known) blender environment.
(I've got a re-worked model ready to be animated and/or put ingame, apart from this

Unsure if that's the case, but only one object can be in edit mode at the same time, and sharp edges are only highlighted in edit mode >.>why I can only see the affected edges (in a different colour) on the head.
