TAS Not Loading Maps Properly

Sometimes TAS won't download maps automatically, so I download them manually from Springfiles and use the automatic unpacker to put them in the correct location. TAS won't recognize that I have the map, and continues to keep trying to DL, which just keeps failing.

I can restart TAS and it won't help.

The only way I've gotten it to work correctly is by deleting all of the cached map stuff out the the spring directory, forcing TAS to recache it all on startup. After I do this the map shows up in the list and I can play it.

What's going on here?
