Question: Worldbuilder

iirc Worldbuilder is licenced under the GNU General Public licence, no? So there's nothing stopping people making a modified version. And I'd be surprised if Argh wouldn't accept for a new version fixes that make sense, are legible, and well coded. (I have no idea how much would need to be done by the way - not having yet tried or used it, I couldn't really follow what needs to be done).
