Our clan [ZXC] advertises spring in many polish (this is where we come from) forums, game sites, egamers community. many of the articles about spring (especially FAQ) has been translated and some things has been added. Also we put our own reviews about spring on polish game sites!

me and beh have been planning a comprehensive hungarian guide and website for spring but we havent gotten around to it (yet, if ever). After we have that done we'll try to hit up some of the gamers magazines here in hungary. I recall spring getting some mention in hungarian linux forums.
