internet keeps disconnecting

i will be playing spring for like 30 minutes or something then i lose internet connection in spring. Even after i close spring i start to lose internet connection all together, except on my web browser. Like i disconnect from ventrilo and xfire or any other game im playing on the internet, but my web browser works fine...any help?

This means your problem has nothing to do with Spring.
May I suggest:

* Check for faulty networking hardware (modems/NICs/switches/cables etc).
* If wireless, try wired instead.
* Use fixed IP instead of DHCP to rule out connection loss due to renewed IP address.
