Ability to pause during warmup (ready up phase) in replays

Current its not possible to pause the replay in warmup, only with .setmaxspeed 0

EDIT:
Also as a side-request, being able to watch the replay with player issued pauses/unpauses (the pauses that were issued during the real game). Something like a command switch for it, like .allowrealpause or whatever.
