Anyways, a simple copy&paste should keep most of the functionality.

I use XAMPP personally, and you can get a version from http://www.portableapps.com designed to run on a usb stick

I use xampp and like it, but my opinion is irrellevant, I just use it so I can run a web compatible wiki on my PC.
