A new Map-pack

Post by Folke »

Since the map-pack that is commonly used nowdays is somewhat out of date i took the liberty to collect all the maps (yes every last one) on fileuniverse and made a torrent our of them.

I know that the new features in the client makes this type of map downloading less apealing but I feel that all the people out there with less then 1 mbit connections might wanna get those big nasty maps before they try to join games using them.

I put the torrent in fileuniverse public and on a torrent website so you should be able to get it at either (note that on the torrent tracker website there is an earlier version witch isn't as complete as the one I' referring to right now)

the fileuniverse link: http://fileuniverse.com/?p=showitem&ID=1501

The torrent tracker link: http://thepiratebay.org/details.php?id=3383628

ps. I am going to be online sharing the mappack for quite some time and since I have a 10/10 mbit sonnection speed should not be any problem ds.

Yeah, I didn't bother making a new copy because of the lobby feature. I guess if there really is demand I can try to keep it up to date...
