Flower in bloom -> spring, jumping person -> spring ("spring" Dutch for "to jump"). Tell me what you think.
Horrible, to be honest. Think hrmph's is best so far.

The 2 ones i liked the most are:
http://www.timblokdijk.nl/spring/logo/logobar.png
and
http://fileuniverse.com/images/springbannerblah.jpg
If any unit should be present, it should be the comander/comanders and nothing else.

I think i'm more inclined to
http://fileuniverse.com/images/springbannerblah.jpg
The other one looks too shinny it almost hurts my eyes, while this one is softer and it shows one comander, which is the icon of TA.

Also, the comander it shows is the core comander.
The original TA screenie showed the Arm commander and the Arm are indeed suposed to have won the war. This can be seen as the comeback of the Core. The Core, once again, battling the eternal (until someone wins it again) strugle.
Also, XTA seems to be Core oriented. While, in the old days, everyone played Arm in almost all maps, now, Core can be seen has having an advantage so it makes sense to show the Core comander as they are rising once again.
Lots of simbolism.

You know, before the PHPBB BUG thing. We were having a logo war. However, as I mentioned before, the SYs are rather passive on the art front. They do what swedes do best?

Constructive criticism! Just what I needed :P. It's a new logo, not a whole banner ...
And if I may be frank, the banners posted so far are butt-ugly. Why are you all trying to make them look like the one we have now? Wasn't that one ugly too?
I like Neuralize's first, second and sixth logo; but perhaps the latter two aren't well suited for a website: they're too big and detailed to make any smaller.

I think the travesty that was the logo thread be left in the past. And that this new thread doesnt turn into somethign similair. And it'd be appreciated if an SY told us if they didnt want this to save us wasting time as it was with the logo thread

Thank you for your kind words. :)
You can get all the Spring renders here in obnoxiously large resolution.

I like a lot of them in here....most of them are very good. Now we just need someone to put them at the top of the page....

Neuralizes latest one is spiffy with the way the logos done, its abstract.

Also, I tend to think the red version of the logo doesnt look that good compared to the white version.

Though maybe not with that font, the white version though not 3d looking, is more manipulatable and fits all the guidelines I gave as being a good logo that'll fit anywhere.

Is that 59 thousand us dolars?

I also like alot this one:

Because it looks very pretty, shows masses of units (which TA is all about) and has a nice lines ruining the perfectioness of the image.
However, it looks like a good one for the old TA and somewhat doesn't feels so right on the Spring engine, which is a more pretty and colourfull engine than the old TA one. (still extremely inspiring and indeed one of my favorites, till know, tied with one other)
