What was that one old map...

...that had almost no metal, had lots and lots of wreckage, and was sortof darkish looking? :shock:

Reclaim maps suck, especially since t1 resbots in BA. I tried playing some of forbs tiberium maps. Augh. Your economy goes insane. Instant t2.

lol never thought of that, rez bots would be insane on a reclaim map...

thanks for the warning, was thinking of making a reclaim map! I presume there is no way to stop rez bots on a reclaim map?

There is: just make the features non-linked to unit wreckage.

But that's not the point of this thread, I'm looking for the old map where resbots actually worked on the wreckage.

There is: just make the features non-linked to unit wreckage.
Im not talking about ressing the wrecks, im talking about reclaiming them (or tiberium, or whatever). Resbots do that very quickly (Though really, on maps with lots of reclaim, nanotowers or just regular conbots can get the job done very fast- and air are monsterous at reclaiming).

Exactly, so rezbots should be the least of your concerns. :P

Somebody needs to implement the reclaimtime patch, but right now the only hack way to make it work is to give wrecks energy. But that also has its own side effects. :wink:

i think if used right that could be pretty cool

a 1v1 map with a dead t2 lab in the middle could really make things interesting

So I'm guessing nobody remembers a map like this? :lol:

By the way, once I get decent skybox, I will port over Legacy of the Ancients for Final Frontier, which had a nice T1000000000000000000000000 unit in the middle for ressurection. 8)
