The error (insuficient power) is caused by your videcard/proc getting hor causing the fan to work harder and therefore to draw more power.

FIX:
1: Unplugg useless devices (like things that are in pci slots that you actually dont use)Or an extra hardrive.

2: Keep your pc at a lower tempereture (decrease the load on the proc/vid card OR take of the sides of your pc for a better airflow.

3: Buy a new pc (duh) :P

4: Buy a new power supply.

Taking the sides off of your PC generally causes it to run hotter, with less optimal airflow. PCs are designed to be run with their cases on; taking the case off disrupts the intended airflow and causes it to run at a less than optimal temperature. (It also allows more dust and debris in, and exposes the innards of the computer to direct accidental static discharge, thus increasing the probability of hardware malfunction.) This is assuming you have a computer of some quality; i.e. not a Dell.

Only if you buy a prebuilt one, few (not overly expensive) cases come with a decent airflow OOTB. Prebuilt ones shouldn't ship with a PSU that doesn't match the rest of the system. My computer overheats quickly when the case is closed but runs completely stable with it open.

Except gamers are also a tiny fraction of the population and pretty much all people who build their own PCs do so for gaming because other purposes need neither a custom nor a state-of-the-art PC. I doubt that the percentage of custom gamer rigs out of all gamer rigs is small, especially since these have the biggest savings for building yourself as those builders tend to charge a lot for PCs they consider appropriate for gaming.

Sure, maybe most people who build their own PCs are gamers... but do most gamers build their own PCs? The second does not follow from the first.

Regardless... if you build your own PC and can't be bothered to drop $50-$100 more for a case with adequate space, cooling equipment, and (possibly) power supply to fit your needs and protect your equipment, and therefore you have to run with your case open for maximum airflow, you probably deserve to accidentally fry your $1000+ worth of motherboard + CPU + RAM simply for being a damn cheapskate penny-pincher.

As far as Picasso... there is no conspiracy, you did not read his post, we have driven back the evil infidel American invade- whoops, that was a previous job!

Well, you can type !maplink [part-of-map-name] into the chat box in Spring and a bot will give you a link for a map file to download. Or you can just get the torrent - but the torrent isn't exactly very selective and contains a lot of garbage.

Look at the workspace around the PC. There are clumps of dust and hairs!! HAIR!!! The walls have mold patches, and the base of the case has an about 5mm of dust. Get some bleach on that room now!!
