heh, even if us "Yanks" live relatively near each other (same-state, or one state over), it can still be a very inconvenient distance to travel to meet up. yep, those are farms, they are ALLLLL OVER the midwest... its a pipe, yes, usually about a 12" sewerpipe with a serious water supply, and then there is a waterering system, about .... 1200 feet long connected to it, with wheels running about every 100 feet... they all have electric motors, and are computer driven so that they stay alligned, and it turns in a circle and waters in a circle automatically...
its a convient efficient irrigation system...
we got em all OVER here in Lubbock Texas...
