Ice is doing the design. I can't code or design sites, I usually have a design idea but somewhere along the process of turning it into code it becomes a hideous monster that eats children. If you think you can handle it look into the CEGUI skinning tutorials and see if you can't figure out what needs to be done to turn Ice's design into a real skin.

I'd say use the MartiSkin and start modifying it, that way you actually start with something that works already.

Haha, well I'm about halfway through the tutorials...looks simple...enough..however I'm going to have to do some tinkering to get an executable to use the theme for testing....

ILM Titan is doing some internal GUI work to help support whoever implements this.

But untill then the fact is there arent any spare devs lieing around, go find us one if you can.

Imcurrently doing a cegui + lua implementation. I have cegui in now and am now doing the hard work of mapping events to game actions.

From what I know titan is jsut doing an interface to the gui.

Do i detect a tiny hint of sarcasm :P

As I have said in the other gui thread, I am busy, but i'm now taking the laptop on the train to work (a 2 hour commute) to get some more of this done. Ive been involved in game mods before, in gui roles, so i'm no quitter :)

I'll keep you updated.

Hopefully this can be adjusted to fit the interface of ILMTitan. Maybe you can cooperate?

I'm trying to make the interface as easily extendable as possible, just needing to add extra cases to GetData(int id, void* data) and SendData(int id, void* data). As long your work is reasonably cohesive, it should not be difficult to if in my (currently woefully unfinished) interface.
