What to do on the main units is a choice you should make, but you very definitely should use s3o for the minifigs.

If people really want me to use s3o on everything i will though I really dont see the point if im just using basic colors

i dont want to sound stubborn on the issue but I've yet to see any real reason as to why s3o would be worth the time investment

for now, i've been looking at the Upspring/3DO code and i think with a few changes to the 3doparser (mainly allowing merging of pieces from separate models ingame) and a lot of fancy LUA, a basic brick-building system could be possible

of course i have no idea how it all works so ill spend a few weeks on this and if i can ever wrap my brain around the spring source and LUA then i'll make the needed changes and commit them
