Spring 0.75b1 release
Re: I AM ERROR.
Just redownload the fullinstaller. It worked for me that way.Sleksa wrote:happened to me too :-[SSFLSuperNoob wrote:Wheeee error:
(Title) TASClient.exe - Unable To Locate Component
(Body) This application has failed to start because python25.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. (End Body)
I assume it's because I once again tried to download the update and not the full installer...
EDIT: The full one worked fine, as far as I can tell...
A ton of desync problems happening with the new release.
Was in my first game, and each player in turn had spontaneous desync errors.
It was from the start of the game, 1 person would have a single sync error, then nothing for a long time, then the next player would get it, and so on untill each player was no longer able to send synced data.
Wasn't the normal (normal lol) mass desync that often occurs in larger games, but was each player in turn breaking down.

The windows user are now happy. Or maybe not
But what about the linux users? We should provided with a new Linux version, too. Best would be packages for the top 5 distribution. Maybe using a auto build service. The packages at open suse repository are not updated. I would do it but I don´t know how.

Huge new release and stuff happens. Wait for b2 for the bugs to be sorted out.Pwnedbyryan wrote:Looks like theres a ton of crashing mid-game going on as noted above. I would look into it immediately as it seems it's happening on about 70% of decent sized games (in terms of time...not # of players). Whaaaat is haaaapeningggggg???!!??!!

To few people involved with testing and to many changes to the code, if there are no more mayor bugs found in testing then stuff gets released. Write up good bug reports!Pwnedbyryan wrote:...

Good side of this is that as Tobi is on vacation we have all the time to hunt for bugs, it's a great way to get involved with the project.
YokoZar was kind enough to make some .debs for ubuntu linux users.
