I don't mind playing with the single chev rank's But its not worth my time if they are hosting, they properly haven't port forwarded yet, and if the game does work they will be beaten easy and leave the game (taking the server down with it). I've noticed that next to no one will be even willing to play with a person with a single chev rank regardless of anything else. it can't just be a "slow day" if every room except a one chev or two chev's room is full. :P

Anyone with atleast a 1.6 to 2GHz processor, a 128 MB video card (Radeon 9200, or nVidia equivalent.. :V), and atleast 512 of RAM can run Spring really really well.

Though, more RAM is always a plus, especially for hosts.

That's the thing. Those of us who want reflections and shadows were able to get those in the last version with those options turned on. Now we can't. Why?

Odd error occuring with current version. (Shadows, shading)

Whenever I load up Spring, I get these errors:

Now, they don't result in a crash, but they never happened with the last version, and I'm certain my drivers are fine. What could be the cause of it? Was it a bug with this version? D:

How exactly do I add CC/BT and extra units to Spring? Do I just dump the .UFO and .CCX files into the Spring folder, or does it check the TotalA folder?

It's not recognizing anything, apparently. As soon as I enter rooms, it disables ALL units. o_O


Also, another problem, ingame, the first menu for units has no graphics. Nothing describing what they are except for the description bar at the bottom of the screen..

I used the regular installer, and it seems like XTA still isn't installed... Either that, or the thing just won't recognize it. x.x;; Please help. ^^;
