Spring RTS Engine

Ok. I just moved into a new town and new ISP and it is stating that I am banned from using the spring downloader. I tried using this to play single player games three or four years ago and don't see what could have banned me here. What do I have to do to register to use the spring downloader so that...

I don't know for certain what it is but most likely one of the following:

trobbin
trobbins
tobins
cyclonite


Also, what does it matter what my username is if it says I'm banned even when I hit the register button? Thank you, trobbins.

I haven't looked at Spring in many months, if not years, but I got locked out guessing at what my password/userid are. It says I am banned. How long is this ban and can I get it removed? Thank you.
