RAI & AAI are the most easiest, though AAI attempts to learn :D. I saw your topic about failure of running AAI, because you need to copy config file for BA 7.12. It is in ...\Spring\AI\Skirmish\AAI\0.9\cfg\mod\ folder. Make a copy of any existing BA???.cfg and rename it to BA712.cfg. Ow thanks....

Are there any any AIs out there that are a little easier than the others for Balanced Annihilation. I'm a newbie, so I need something easy to start out with and to get used to the game.

try this: edit -> preferences -> spring there's a checkbox called something like: use old(alternative?) launch method if it's on, set to off, if it's off set to on, then press apply and try again if it doesn't work with either, set back the original value before trying other stuff YYYYYEEEEEESSSSSS...

GC: Nvidia GT 220
CPU: Intel Core i5 750 @2.66ghz, OC'd to 2.8ghz.

on this site, click on Download (top right), and reinstall with the installer. if after this, it still crashes.. infolog is in the main directory where you installed spring. Spring updated to 0.80, game still not starting. I don't know why or if i'm just being a noob here, but there is no infolog.t...
