Spring RTS Engine

When i play CA or CA Chicken defense i get about 80 fps, but every so often i get a lag spike(3-4 minutes) where my ping goes to 7k and i get 0-1 fps but then it goes away after 5 seconds but it happens every 3-4 minutes. I have tryed setting the settings to low but it did nothing, i can play any ot...
