Spring RTS Engine

I have an ATI X800,

Im not using the latest drivers, I was using them, but Spring wouldnt work with them, so I downgraded to Catalist 7.1

Its really weird and very annoying, im on XP pro too.

Nope, If i press F5 when it happens, it makes my minimap disappear. Thats all.

Now I have finnally mangaed to get Spring to work, i've been playing for just under a week now and all is fine. How do I access the F11 menu? I believe I have completed all steps, apart from the last one.
