Spring RTS Engine

I have just installed Spring on this computer and it cant load the game. It says "Could not set video mode: No video mode large enough for 1024x768". My resolution is 1280x720, I have tried other resolution modes but there isnt 1024x768 on video properties. When I try to open settings: It ...
