Yep, I just tested it, seems that definitely is the problem.

UI flickering
So, I have a ATI HD4870, Windows XP SP3, and get this terrible flickering on the UI. Doesn't matter what mod or map. It does go away if I move the camera around a bit, but then comes back, and does this the whole game.
And yes, my drivers are up-to-date. I updated then like 2 weeks ago. :/
