Spring RTS Engine

I do have root rights, but it was just an incorrect URL. That was the URL I had gotten from your wiki on Gentoo Installation, I'll see if I can edit it when I get a chance so other people don't have the same issue.

I came across an issue when attempting to add the Spring overlay to Portage. It seems like it's being blocked by a 403: Forbidden error. I'm not sure if the overlay's URL has changed, if there's something I'm doing wrong, or if this is something that can't be fixed from my end. Here's the bash traff...
