Spring RTS Engine

there are no newer Mobility Drivers for my laptop. I tried to use the "driver heaven mobility modder" to modify the newest ATI reference driver but I it didnt work. However... if execute the "test spring"application everything works fine... i can build structures and units can sh...

I googled for the error in my infolog and it lead me to this thread. My Problem is that Spring crashes when I want to build a structure. When I started "TestSpring" it crashes when the planes shoot their rockets. So it seems to be some particle-effect that crash... I had deinstalled Spring...
