Spring RTS Engine

I have a radeon 9600...yeah I know its old, but the game used to run fine. Never had any problem at all. Now it won't even let me play.

I saw about this in the sticky, but I never used to have this problem and used to play this game just fine.

So have there been any big updates that really upped the graphics in the last year?

I have the setting set to 8542 for my router and the game, but also tried at 8200.

And I just set it back to 8200...and it worked. So thanks for the help even though I have no idea why it didn't work the first time.

I have just reinstalled spring after a long time and can't connect to the server...no matter what I do.

I don't have windows firewall enabled and have forwarded my ports. There doesn't seem to be anything else to change unless there are some tricks that anyone knows.
