Spring RTS Engine

I tried searching before posting this, but I didn't find what I was looking for.

Is there a mod for this that's based on Red Alert 1, 2, or 3?

If there isn't, then why hasn't some done it yet?! It would be awesome.

EDIT: Damn it. I've had this problem all day. My internet is so faulty and shitty, it keeps losing connection and messing up posts and keep making me double post.

So, I can't install any program to my graphics card to make it work or anything? Cause, the water graphics look kinda cheap.

I have got to get a new graphics card.

I turned it on, and when my commander and hover crafts move in the water, I don't see any water moving with physics, but I was trying this out on the river glade map.

Why isn't it working?

Yeah, I learned that. But I saw some game play in 3rd person in some videos. and how do I tilt and turn the camera up and down to get more of a close to ground view?

This game really needs a tutorial or a ingame help and/or controls sheet.

One more question. How do I get the Star Wars mod, and how do I control units in 3rd person view?

I'm a new player, and I have no idea how to play or control anything. I want to practice with AAIs, but my AAI doesn't work. Someone said I need to update it, and to find some AAIs on the forums called "kai" and "aki", or something like that.

Can someone please help me?
