Spring RTS Engine

I can see the enemy on the radar, and I have a targeting facility built. The only ones I've tested are Ambushers and Berthas. They not only refuse to pay any attention to anything on the radar on their own, but they won't fire even when specifically told to. Until the enemy comes within line of sigh...

I hadn't gotten around to checking if that page was editable. I will.

(Also note apparently to myself: I had to copy the OTA content over to /usr/share/games too.)

Short version: 1) Downloading within the lobby is broken (this is common?). 2) Directions say to put mods in ~/spring/mods/ - this does not work. 3) Putting mods in /usr/share/games/spring/mods/ *does* work.
