Spring RTS Engine

I have such problem. When try to enter in tasclient he offers me to download spring 91.0. I download this and open.
But for second time i want to enter he asking me to download spring 91.0 again and agin.
What can I do?

I have such problem. When client loaded, i didn't see anybody, expect me and melbot. What's hapened?
