Re: Spring 85.0 crashes on laptop
we should make the WARNING log message appear on all these newer versions of crap cards. As much as i have seen so far, the Intel ones can be identified by having the substring "HD" in the GL renderer field. am i right, jk? would have to go here: https://github.com/spring/spring/blob/4d63...

We play infrequently so I can't tell you what version it worked on before. Maybe 1-2 times a month, sometimes more soemtimes less. Well last night...

Re: Springie the AutoHost
buildserv will tell you which version it's building, you only have to download the right one. i suggest trying http://planetspring.free.fr/spring/dedi ... 719ad1.zip. Ok here's where it gets interesting, when I run spring-dedicated.exe at a command prompt I get nothing, no error message nothing. Is...

Re: Springie the AutoHost
you can't just download any file and expect it to work, you need to spend some brain power to download the correct _version_. To be honest I am not sure why this has to be so hard, before when I had Springie working, it was simple. Install spring, install springie (Latest Ver of each). And setup a ...

Re: Springie the AutoHost
I recommend you do this: 1) install spring to new folder 2) get dedicated server for 78.2.1 and copy it to the same folder 3) get mods you want to host and copy them to spring 4) use modinfo builder (run with parameter pointing to spring folder) That should be most fail-proof way to do it. Ok just ...

So I don't need to install spring at all, and the host should work? Is there anything else needed, or just giv...
