Spring RTS Engine

well the closest thing i have seen is sabayon with cube2 and a few other 3d games but alot of the people i play with didnt like the super fast arcade style of play. but the main thing is we cant install any software on teh school computers but they all have dvd drives and the hardware is pretty good...

i was looking for one and couldnt find any.
could anyone help me out here?
